Shawn Torres

As a founder of In-Telecom at the age of 25, Shawn has turned his vision of developing innovative communication strategies into a thriving enterprise. Over the past 15 years, In-Telecom has evolved from a telecommunication consulting business into a team of technology experts across a variety of service lines. This dynamic team has yet to meet a challenge they were unwilling to conquer together.

In-Telecom, under Shawn's leadership, has grown tremendously and now has over 130 full-time staff members across four locations. The company has been recognized by Inc. 5000 as one of the top fastest-growing companies in America for three years in a row. Shawn is not only a successful businessman but also a philanthropist at heart. He sits on the board of the SMH Foundation and has also founded a non-profit organization, "Community Wins," to help local organizations raise funds and awareness for their mission.

Apart from his professional pursuits, Shawn is a loving husband to his college sweetheart and a father of three beautiful girls. He enjoys building relationships and supporting local charities in his free time. Shawn's passion for innovation, philanthropy, and family values has been instrumental in his success as a founder and a community leader.

Wes Spencer

Wes Spencer is the Vice President of Cybersecurity Strategy at CyberFOX, coming from a background in cyber insurance  as Vice President and Channel Chief for FifthWall Solutions. He is a nationally recognized technology innovator and cybersecurity influencer and co-founder of multiple cybersecurity companies including Perch Security which was successfully acquired in 2020. Wes has numerous awards including the 2020 Cybersecurity Educator of the Year by the Cybersecurity Excellence Awards. Wes has been featured in The Wall Street Journal, Pro Publica, Dark Reading, and many other outlets.
