When is the SecureIT Summit?
The SecureIT Summit will take place on December 1st, 2nd, & 3rd, 2026.

Where is the event being held?

The Networking Reception will be held on December 2nd at SiX in the JW Marriott Water Street from 6:30 PM – 9:30 PM.

The Closing Party will be held on December 3rd at the Yacht Starship from 7:00 PM - 10:00 PM.

How will my airfare to and from Tampa be arranged?
CyberFOX will arrange and cover your round-trip airfare to Tampa, Florida, for the SecureIT Summit. You will arrive at Tampa International Airport (TPA) on December 1st and depart on December 4th. We are requiring everyone to arrive by 4:00 PM on December 1st in order to attend our Welcome Reception that night.
Note: Transportation to and from the airport, as well as any parking fees, will be your responsibility.

Can I choose my airline and flight times?
CyberFOX will book your flights based on availability and cost. While we do our best to accommodate preferred airports and flight times, we cannot guarantee specific requests, and final arrangements are at our discretion. You will receive the flight confirmation once CyberFOX receives your approval of a flight choice.

Can I upgrade to first class or choose my seat?
All flights are booked at a basic standard economy rate. If you'd like to upgrade to first class, select a specific seat, or purchase checked or carry-on bags, these will be at your own expense. Please coordinate directly with the travel agent for any upgrades or baggage purchases.

How do seat assignments work?
Every attendee will have a seat on their flight. Depending on the airline, seat assignments may be given at booking, at check-in, or as late as the gate before boarding.

Can I change my flight after it has already been booked?
If you wish to make changes to your flight after it has been booked, you’ll need to coordinate directly with the travel agent. Any changes will be at your own expense, and you must also notify the CyberFOX events team at events@cyberfox.com.

Where am I staying?
You will be staying at the Tampa Marriott  Water Street. CyberFOX will cover your stay for the nights of December 1st, 2nd, and 3rd. Upon check-in, you’ll need to provide a valid photo ID and a credit card for any incidental charges.

I want to extend my stay at the event hotel. What should I do?
If you wish to extend your stay, please book the additional nights directly with the hotel outside of the event room block. Any extra nights beyond the event dates will be at your own expense.

Will I receive a hotel confirmation?
You will NOT receive a separate confirmation from the hotel, as all arrangements have been handled by our team. Simply provide your name and a valid ID at the front desk upon check-in, and you'll be all set. If you choose to put your Marriott number on your room, you can do this at check-in.

If I’m driving in for the event, where do I park?
You can valet with the Tampa Marriott  Water Street hotel and let them know you are with CyberFOX SecureIT Summit.

How does transportation work while in Tampa?
No vehicle transportation will be provided during the event. All daytime meals, general sessions, and boardroom sessions will be located in the Tampa Marriott Water Street hotel. The evening receptions on both days are just a short walk from the hotel.

How are boardroom groups and schedules created?
When you request to attend, you will complete a Solution Interest section highlighting the products and services offered by our sponsors. Our team uses those responses to create your boardroom group and schedule, with the goal of matching you with sponsors that best align with your interests. While we do our best to accommodate your selections and match you with sponsors that align with your interests, specific sponsor placements cannot be guaranteed.

How do boardroom sessions work?
Throughout the event, you will participate in 8 boardroom sessions. Of the 20+ companies sponsoring the event, you will hear from 8 during your sessions. These boardrooms give you a more focused opportunity to learn about sponsors offering solutions you expressed interest in. You’ll also have plenty of opportunities during networking events to connect with other sponsors you may not meet during your sessions.

How do the boardroom session rotations work?
You will be assigned to one boardroom group and room for the duration of the event. Your group stays together in the same room for each session while the sponsors rotate from room to room. This means there’s no need to move between sessions—the next sponsor comes to you.

Can I bring a plus one?
To maintain an intimate and focused experience during sessions, only one representative per company may attend daytime activities. We do offer a social pass for a plus one to attend the evening receptions ONLY. You can purchase a social pass by reaching out to the CyberFOX Events team at events@cyberfox.com (LIMIT ONE PER MSP). Anyone with out a badge at any point during the event will be asked to leave.

Will I need my badge for everything during the SecureIT Summit?
Yes! Your badge is required to enter all parts of the event.
